Arizona’s Stay at Home Order, what it means for Printing Specialists.
As the Covid-19 virus continues to spread in our state our Governor has issued a stay at home order for Arizona. We are complying with the order and working from home as much as possible. What does this mean for you, the customers we serve?
Quotes, Customer Service and Graphic Design:
Our customer service and graphic design teams will be working from home. If you need an estimate or a design/proof, you will get a timely reply, we will continue to work for you. If you make a phone call we will answer unless then line is busy, leave a message and we will return your call. We will be available between 8am – 5pm.
Our in house production may be slower, we are limiting the staff working in the shop. Any jobs currently in production will be finished up and shipped out. New jobs will still be produced, we have great vendor network we work with. Your orders will be delivered or drop shipped. If you want to pick up, call us and we can set-up contactless pickup.
Orders placed online, either through our main shop or your business’s custom portal, will still be processed and put into production. There may be some delays, we will still get them out.
In order to stop person to person contact, we will make contactless deliveries. Or we will ship via FedEx or UPS and they will follow their own delivery guidelines.
Feel free to e-mail any employee you normally contact, we will still be answering e-mails. You can slo contact us through our web form on find us on facebook or twitter, we will have updates. Phone calls will still be answered.
As we push through this difficult time, please keep in your thoughts the men and women on the front lines. Doctors and nurses risking their lives to keep us safe. Grocery store employees and truck drivers, making sure we have supplies and food. And all the other struggling businesses such as; restaurants, night clubs, theaters and bars that depend on us to return safe and healthy.
